How? By offering meaningful work. We have been driven by social entrepreneurship ever since Hago was established. In 2025, we want to contribute to the well-being of 10 million people every day. We do this with more than 42,000 employees working for customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. We believe that from our role as a meaningful employer, we can make the biggest impact and reduce inequality. From this conviction, we make a valuable contribution to the Sustainable Developments Goals of the United Nations.
We find it important that all our employees experience their work as meaningful. Internally, we do this by paying a lot of attention to sustainable employability of our employees and by continuously monitoring what our employees find important about their work, in the broadest sense of the word. But it goes further than that. We make an effort to ensure that they also get the appreciation they deserve. After all, our employees are of enormous importance in maintaining a pleasant, clean and safe living environment.
