Kindness works
Go straight to episode 1You see kindness in the small things that make a difference. In a gesture, a conversation, someone who takes a moment to help. In this series, presenter Nienke de la Rive Box sets out to discover how that works, at Vebego and beyond.
Kindness has been the foundation of Vebego since Tonny Goedmakers started the family business in 1943. It is in how we clean and provide facility services, how we look after green spaces, how we support healthcare and how we talk with colleagues and customers. But what has become so ordinary hardly stands out anymore. That is why we are taking the time to see it again. We’re not explaining it. We’re exploring it.
Nienke doesn’t know the answer. That’s the point.
She travels through Vebego and beyond, talking not only to our colleagues but also to scientists and people we have never met. She asks the questions you would ask, digs deeper and shows what she comes across, even when it turns out differently than expected.
People at their best.
People who feel seen and trusted give the best of themselves. Colleagues notice it, and so do customers. Kindness is not a soft value, it is the way we perform. At Vebego, everything revolves around people at their best. Here you can see what that looks like in real life.
