New members of the Supervisory Board of Vebego
The Supervisory Board of the family business Vebego International announces that three new members join the Board. Pamela Boumeester, Willem Cramer and Loes van Rijsoort have been appointed with effect from 12 March 2019. The new members of the Supervisory Board ensure a balanced composition of the Supervisory Board, which further consists of Arend Vos (interim chairman), Jan van Hoek and Ton Goedmakers Sr.
Says Arend Vos, interim chairman of the Supervisory Board: “We welcome this strengthening of our Board, so we can safeguard the continuity of supervision at Vebego. The new members bring a lot of experience and expertise and really complement the current composition of the Board. I look forward to working together.”
The new members of the Supervisory Board strengthen the Board with their specific administrative experience. Pamela Boumeester has a strong background in general management, Willem Cramer brings extensive experience in financial and risk management and Loes van Rijsoort is an expert in human resources. Pamela Boumeester is also the intended Chair of the Board.

Pamela Boumeester (60)
Pamela Boumeester is a Supervisory Board Member at Ordina N.V., Heijmans N.V., Jaarbeurs Utrecht and non-executive director of GlobalVia S.A. She is also a coach for executives, a deputy judge at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and a member of the Supervisory Board of Right to Play Nederland. Pamela Boumeester is the former CEO of NS Poort and NS Reizigers.
Willem Cramer (57)
Willem Cramer is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Koopman Logistics Group, PC Uitvaart, Friese Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij and Blue Sky Group, among others. Willem Cramer was previously CEO of Friesland Bank.
Loes van Rijsoort (52)
Loes van Rijsoort is HR Director of Landal GreenParks and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Admiraal de Ruyter Hospital in Goes. She was previously HR Director at Bilfinger Industrial Services Benelux and was active in change management and HR at TNT and PostNL.
The appointments are for a period of four years.
